Each session consists of an interview and the hypnosis. Both parts take a total of 5-7 hours or more. All sessions take place in my office or I can visit you if you unable to travel. You can Just arrive as yourself no need to prepare. Just be physically relaxed and have enough hours sleepy. It is very important to have an open schedule for adequate time in session.
