Dolores Cannon, creator of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), was a hypnotherapist who specialized in past life regression for nearly 50 years. Her method induces an individual into a somnambulistic trance. Ordinarily, the trance state is experienced the moment before waking and the moment before falling asleep. However, Dolores discovered that often during these states, strange and inexplicable experiences are realized, which she considered lost knowledge and reincarnation. She began her research in the late 1960’s by developing QHHT for past life regression.

Through her work, she explored with clients their subconscious selves to access past lives and perform instantaneous healings when appropriate.
